This is a place of transition in Brussels area. You can clearly see, coming from Ixelles, the quality of environment and people downgrading as you walk towards one of the worst areas in the city around Midi Station. Barriere de St. Gilles is where the "good part of the city" turns into the bad one. Plus it's always a hassle... More
