This vast, rambling building occupies a height which gives a fantastic view...otherwise it is shrouded in scaffolding, though the dome has recently been refurbished.

A huge & magnificent structure with dome & crown on top to indicate place for justice. Good to visit, however while visiting some renovation was going on, so couldn't go inside.
