This is one of the best place in Brussels and should not be missed. It is always crowded but worth it. It is at a walking distance from the Brussels-Central train station and the Mannekin pis statue attraction is also at a walking distance from it.

Of course unique place, really outstanding, with a rare homogenous stylish houses all built within a few years (end of 17th century). Enjoy staying there, sit and have a drink in one of the numerous available terrasses. It is very quiet since all the area is pedestrian, which is a real plus!

This is one of those magic places of medieval times Europe. It is one of the most beautiful squares in all of Europe, with a fairy tale feel to it. The best time to visit is mid-August when the square is decorated with flowers creating a huge colorful carpet in the center. It is well worth visit even without the... More

My husband and I went to the Grand Place at both day and night time. The atmosphere is totally different. I found it more romantic at night.

This is a beautiful square where a lot of well-behaved people seem to hang out. Ignore the flowers in all the photos, they only happen every 2 years.

Brussels' Grand Place is gorgeous by day or night, it is truly iconic. We bought waffles from a nearby store and ate them sitting in the Grand Place - I highly recommend doing this, it's breakfast with the best view in town.

Absolutely breathtaking. The most beautiful part about Brussels. Unfortunately, when my husband and I were there they were setting up for the beer festival so there were a lot of trucks, tents and construction going on. However, amazing nevertheless.
