If you are buying chocolates in Brussels be prepared to be confused. There are more chocolate outlets than you can possibly imagine or count. They vary from the (relatively) cheap and cheerful, to the exclusive designer chocolate maker. You can spend as much as you are prepared to, and select from the most exclusive. if you are seeking a relatively... More

I bought chocolate from 4 of the different high-end chocolate shops, and I liked Mary's the best (thought it was the second most expensive--for cheap but good, go Leonidas). I was able to get a box of chocolates that were entirely vegan for a vegan family member, which was really great. The dark chocolate caramel was amazing, if you need... More

We visited here as part of our tour and the staff were professional and friendly. We got to sample chocolate and the store was very clean.

Of all the chocolate stores, this store is spectacular. It has orange rind dipped in dark chamcholoate as well as ginger dipped in dark Chocolate. It is not a fancy store but those serving the chocolate speak handle English very well. They can describe the candy and even keep it in their cold room if you want to purchase irt... More

I really was impressed by the history of this chocolatier. Mary was the first one to deliver to the royal palace in Belgium. And after tasting their pralinés, i sure know why. I can not remember any chocolate, that was as tasty as theirs. Especially the realy dark ones. I nice sourvenir to take back home.

Chocolates were our only souvenir from our trip to Brussels. Mary's was recommended to us as a shop with high quality chocolate and great service. The chocolate is fresh and must be eaten within three weeks. The quality was wonderful and the staff provided great advice on chocolate for special diets--e.g. non-dairy, non-gluten. Mary was the first woman Chocolatier in... More

Classy, posh, beautiful chocolatier you should go to if you want to bring a fancy gift from brussels. Be ready to spend: it's not cheap. And it does not have to be. In any case, not much more expensive from the scams chains that unfortunately populate the town center. In the end, a good deal.

While walking in Brussels, we chanced upon Mary's Chocolates and remembered that we had read several positive reviews in several guidebooks and websites. We went in and were not disappointed. First of all the shop is beautiful, the display is elegant and the friendly reception that we received from the proprietor was amazing. After giving us a very complete explanation... More

The chocolates are delicious. I love how they are multiple flavors to choose from! The chocolate shop is very charming. A great place to pick up some gifts! I think that the best thing about Mary's chocolates is the multitude of options and the artisan way that everything is made and put together. However, the chocolate itself is similar to... More
