I had such a wonderful experience at Geretti shopping for an engagement ring. Marc was the nicest, most helpful and most patient jeweller ever! He is very honest, very professional and above all very genuine and really wants to give you the best deal there is. I went to a lot of nice stores in Antwerp but Geretti was certainly the store that I built a personal connection with the most. The diamond and ring were also out of this world! Rarely have I experienced such customer care and excellent service. The vendor supported me for more than 2 hours to assemble the "perfect" ring that I wished to propose to my girlfriend. He took the time to answer all of my questions while offering precious advice and made sure to meet my demands. Also, the price turned out to be very reasonable and he managed to have the ring ready very quickly so as to meet my time constraints. And she said Yes :-)

Marc was recommended to us by a friend who had purchased an engagement ring with him before. We are based in Ireland and sent Marc a picture of a ring we really liked from a well known jewellers in Ireland, called Keanes. Marc advised us of ways to improve the ring even more, and helped us design the ring to the way we wanted it, for a much lower price, with better diamonds. We dealt with Marc via phone only and he picked up everything we were looking for. He had our ring designed in days, and it was sent to us by FedEx and we had it in 6 days (would have been earlier but it was a bank holiday in Ireland). We got all the certs to go with the ring, and details on the diamond itself. Will be telling my friends about Marc 100%.
