Great place in the city but not allowed to enter the inside compound. You can buy souvenirs near the palace.

Not only to the law professionals, all of us should visit this place to understand the dynamics when it comes to states and state relations. Highly recommended to spend more hours and listen to those audio visuals.

Massive building, visitor center open to the public. Run by the Carnegie foundation. Build small garden. Audio tours available. Ran into this place walking from the Marriott north of the city, south the the city square.
