Spent an interesting couple of hours in this historical botanical gardens with relaxing outdoor walk and well stocked glass houses. There is also an observatory on the site which was open at the time of our visit and contains an excellent exhibition on astronomy,

One of the places you really have to visit! There are different gardens with roses, vegetables, Chinese herbs, ... If you feel hungry or thirsty, there is a possibility to eat and drink something. There is also a small shop.

You need a ticket or a national museum card. I don't know the cost for an individual visit as I have the national card - well worth it if you are visiting several attractions during your stay in the Netherlands. There is a... More
