Freaky fun!

Played glow golf with 5 friends and found it fun if a little strange with the 3d glasses on, particularly after several drinks.

In a coffee shop basement. Glow in the dark crazy golf. Everywhere is black, you wear glasses similar to 3D glasses, everything glows! Everything is kind of exaggerated 3D. Great fun, we never stopped laughing. Really cheap too. Loved every minute. Very unique.

Going to the GlowGolf was a great idea. You get 3D glasses and enter an area filled with colors making everything look alive. Things feel like they pop out of the walls makes the game a little bit more interesting and a whole lot more funny, especially if you use some of Amsterdam's advantages beforehand ;) Also, try the chicken... Me and my boyfriend visited and both found it really fun! Reasonably priced and so good if you want to escape the rainy/cold weather for an hour.

We went here to pass some time between prepayed experiences and thought it was great, really fun thing to do to chill out and have a laugh. Glow golf is within a bar so you can have a drink while waiting to go in, however the bar lady told us to wait as there were two parties already in there... More

This was a total surprise! We really enjoyed it, the 3d glasses are fun for 2 seconds and than it's not. You can hardly see the wholes half of the time. But who cares! It is beautifully designed and very creative.

We came here to fill an hour or so and it was worth it. Very good course in a really light strange setting which added to the atmosphere. Got 3D glasses which were good for looking around but not so much for playing in! Worth a trip if you're thinking of activities to do.

Definitely a good way to kill some time. There are 15 holes in the basement of what is essentially a small pub. Not convinced the "3D glasses" they give you to wear make any difference other than make everything look blurred but still, good for a rainy day!

After reading about how difficult this place is to find I wondered how hard could it actually be! The answer is very! It's basically inside a pub called 'noahs ark' that shows no indication from outside that there is any form of 'glow golf' facility within. However, once we found it it was well worth the trek! Endless fun to... More

Staying in Plantage & the East

Neighbourhood Profile
Plantage & the East
The eastern edge of central Amsterdam provides visitors with the chance to imagine the city that Rembrandt called home (and to tour his historic house) while shopping like the thriftiest of locals at Waterlooplein’s massive flea market, or even enjoying a craft beer beside the tallest wooden windmill in The Netherlands. This verdant, serene, and stately part of town is home to Artis Royal Zoo, one of Europe’s oldest (and still best kept) zoos, and Hortus Botanicus, one of the oldest botanical gardens in the world. It's also an ideal setting for the Dutch outpost of St Petersburg’s Hermitage.
