Tijs was enthusiastic, informative and gave us a great 3hour walking tour of Amsterdam. We have done a lot of free walking tours in various cities and find them the best way to get a good overview of the city in a nice informal way.

We emailed them and got our names on their list for the day and time we wanted before we left for our trip. I found their email on the website. It was very easy, and the person that responded to my email was very helpful. :)
