Covering an area of almost 1000 hectares, the Amsterdamse Bos is one of the largest city parks in Europe. It contains 150 indigenous species of trees and over 200 species of birds. The park sits to the South of central Amsterdam and can easily be reached by bike, tram or metro from the city center.

we went cycling in Amsterdamse Bos taking a picnic to enjoy next to the water. we also hired kayaks and explored the canals in the park. A lovely day out!

A lot of walking but so peaceful and beautiful. Visiting the goat farm for ice cream is a must do if you go. There is a great place to relax at the farm. Food was affordable and it was free to visit

Grab a 24 or 16 tram from Dam Square and within an hour you can be cycling through this beautiful park.

If you feel like take a rest after spending some time in lauded Amsterdam. This is the place! Really beautiful! It's like a forest close to the big city, which never sleeps :)

Stunning part of Amsterdam, while the reason was Dekmantel it was great to see another part of the city that i would have never have known was there!

It's an amazing huge green area in Amsterdam Zuid, very close to my house. I've been there to run and bike. Always clean and relaxing. Good for picnics and events among friends. Nature is simply beautiful
