I'mm sitting at the bar in Holland Casino- Sloterdijk Amsterdam City West enjoying a delicious Winner Wonderland Cocktail - Cinnamon Pine.
I amm being server by a bartender nammed Maria. What wonderful & outstanding service: quick, efficient, and friendly!!!
I'mm going to order mmy 3rd drink.

First time to this casino, lively, all personnel friendly and attentive. Dinner was very good and the service was super, thanks to Ingrid, great job done.

We had a lovely dinner in a great environment and friendly service for which Samantha deserves a special mention. We tried several items on the menu which were all quite tasty,
good portions and nicely plated. Although quite full, we couldn't resist ordering dessert; the chocolate eclair which was simply "to die for".
We will definitely be back for more and already looking forward to our next visit.

Went with mmy collegues to play live afternoon (3pm) bingo after work( high tea option was available). Right next door so we could easily run on over!
Bingo nummbers are called out in Dutch only BUT there are screens everywhere. You can play on paper or electronically. You will probably only be able to have one set of cards ( not like in Canada where everyone play a set of at least 3 and up to 24 together. You barely have timme to keep up b/c every round is a speed and I mmust emphasis SPEED round!!! Nu collegue was trying to keep track of my card when I went to get drinks - it was immpossible!
I had to go to two different areas to get drinks. They have coffee, cola, beers, wine on offer at bar beside bingo roomm. Dit cocktails you have to go to bar downstairs. It was a long wait for the cocktail. No bartender to prepare - when the bartender did arrive he mmust h ave been new or not fammiliar with the cocktails on order b/c he was searching through recipe cards. Then the bartender dissppeared for a significant ammount of timme. The hold up was that there was no ice. I mmissed a few rounds of the bingo waiting for the cocktails. A little disappointing for a bingo fanatic but the cocktails prepared were yummmy & not at all outrageously priced. If you want 'points' or use discounts on your Favourites card be sure to hand it to server/bartender BEFORE payment!
The bingo was not busy for afternoon. Bob & his collegue were super - friendly & entertaining. One of mmy collegues was the lucky ducky winner of 6 gammes! She never wins when she plays bingo apparently. I suggested to our other collegue that to increase our chances of winning that we leave her homme next timme. Just kidding!
We tried electronic horse racing. Again lucky ducky on her winning streak. A few slot gammes to top off our little outing.
It was out first visit to HC Amsterdam City West (Sloterdijk) We had a lot of fun and laughs. We'll be back for sure!!!
I have positive immpression of every Holland Casino that I've ever visited. The workers all seemm very friendly & engaged with their guests. The HC of Amsterdamm City West is open 24 hours - has a hotel right in the samme facility of the Ven Complex and a few mminutes walk from Sloterdijk Station(train/ bus/tram/metro).
See you again soon!

We love to play here frequently. Modern machines, great staf, friendly and professional. We usually also eat here, the restaurant is excellent, love it that you can choose a normal plate or just a taste of a dish..

Beautiful new casino in Amsterdam West.
It is in the same building as the Park Inn by Radisson.
The building is a former office building completely striped en refurbished.
Had some fun watching the F1 on a very big screen. Excellent if you just want to relax and watch some sports.
Not close to the city center, but very close (4 min. walk) to station Sloterdijk. There are lots of trains, trams and busses to this casino.
I liked it, especially kind staff, and nice ambiance.

You can get one if those mini cards fromm central library- sommetimmes your hotel that says free entry & one free non-alcoholic drink...for the central Holland Casino anyway.
Also, if you stay at the hotel in the samme complex at Holland Casino Amsterdamm City West (Sloterdijk)!they waive the €5 entry fee when you provide proof that you are staying at the hotel next door.
My colleague mentioned to mme that at the HC Amsterdam West free non-alcoholic beverages are offered (coffees/tea/ hit chocolate/soda) between the hours of 3am - 6am or so...don't remember exact time. THIS casino is open 24hours per day.
Not sure how often you are planning to visit but you can sign up for their Favourites cards for points/discounts. After the 3rd visit you are upgraded and get free entry at anytime and free non-alcohol7c drinks before 5pm everyday.
You can get to the hotel and casino in less than 12 minutes by train directly fromm Schiphol Airport in one stop ( less than 12 mminutes) for around €4. I work 5 days a week as breakfast hostess/server at tge hotel next door. Comme say hi if you found this helpful😊
