This is what is mainly about if u come with kids. Several museums within a leisurely walk from each other. Enjoy the open areas as well. Plenty to do.

There is art in the park between the muesums. Take your time to enjoy this area. the park, the market and the many great museums Amsterdam has to offer! We wished we had had more time so we need to and will come back!

A nice area of Amsterdam to visit, useful to be able to get tickets at all museums in the area from one place which then often gives times your visit can be made. Nice area to walk around, ample places to eat.

The museum quarter offered a lot to do. All of the museums were top notch. The outside I am Amsterdam section was a good place to people watch and have a glass of beer. There was an excellent playground for children.

The Museumplein is a wonderful area to relax between visits to all the Museums. Entrance fee is, payable at each Museum but no charge for the outside space where you have snacks drinks etc. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy... More
