The Museum is only minutes from the town centre and across from the train station. Well worth spending 3 hours here. There is something for everyone one.all exhibits have explanation in English so easy to follow and understand.

Wentel tot the Rodin-exhibition in the Groninger Museum. Absolutely wonderful. As were Erwin Olaf's photo's of Nude males in the same position in which Rodin shaped his status.

Excellent place in The Netherlands to look at Rodin's work as a sculptor. Must see if you did not have the opportunity in Montreal or Paris.

Relaxed museum in a nice building near the centre next to the railway statation. There is a great part of temporary exhiobitions, they really know how to make it interesting.

The Rodin exhibition is much larger than I expected. If I am not mistaken, the main piece is not the original bronze, instead it's the white marble. The other exhibitions are decent (example Groningen history) but expected more. The building is superb, impressive architecture.

Groninger museum really takes an effort in showing the best art and culture imaginable. They take an effort in getting new temporary exhibitions in and attracting the public. David Bowie earlier in 2016. We visited Rodin. Excellent. Cappuccino on the top floor cafe is highly recommended. Take two if you like. Love those. Only drawback: tickets and cloakroom. You have...
