This was one of my favorite tours so far. Raymond (our tour guide) was friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. He gave us a lot of background on Switzerland , the rivers, the lakes we passed, the mountains etc and made learning about it fun. The tour is long, so bring waters with you and bring a jacket and good sneakers because you will be walking a lot. We took a coach bus up to a certain point then the cogwheel train up the mountains which was magical. The sights were truly breathtaking. When you get up to jungfraujoch you have more than enough leisure time to see everything and relax a little. There’s food and drinks at the top along with a Lindt chocolate shop and souvenir shop. On the way down you take a “gondola” which is a cable car . I was truly hesitant since I swore I’d never take one but I felt very safe and the view was amazing. Seeing this up close was something I’ll truly never forget and worth every penny. We had a wonderful experience and would do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you Raymond and Mark .

During a short stay in Zurich we took a two hour city tour with headphone commentary (due to the virus there we no tour guides available). For us, at two hours the tour was just about the right length and the commentary was interesting and informative with a narrative that extended to both the city and national relevance. A word about the driver - he was friendly and just about the best bus/ coach driver I have ever experienced. He navigated the often narrow streets and turnings superbly and was courteous to other drivers and pedestrians. Whilst we thought this was quite an expensive tour, (most things in Zurich are quite expensive), we did very much enjoy it and would certainly recommend it.....

Tour started on time, great care taken with health precautions. The bus use was not full, so distance was kept in sitting. Same seat had to be kept throughout the trip. We started in Zurich, did some drive near the Cathedral. After which we went to Rapperswil. There we spent some time near the church and Rose garden. The tour guide recommended restaurant for lunch. After lunch, we continued the tour to the Alps in the direction of Liechtenstein. In Liechtenstein we stopped at Vaduz for about sometime. After which we went back to Switzerland to Heidiland. After Heidiland, we started the journey back to Zurich. Some traffic on the way back into Zurich. I guess this is usual, because I had read somethinh similar on a previous review. In all, the tour was well planned and organised. We always sanitised hands when going back onboard. Masks was worn onboard and mandatory. Tour guide was very informative and gave lots of information.

quick tour through Zürich, then a stop in historic Rapperswil for a short tour and lunch, on to Liechtenstein, finally Heidiland. Knew nothing of the Heidi story before going on this trip, and the guide gave enough background to put everything easily into context. Was a pretty neat place, even without growing up hearing the story. Each stop lasted about an hour. Hit heavy traffic heading back into Zürich, and the driver handled it like a champ.

Had a wonderful experience with Hans Meier. We were given utmost priority and attention throughout the tour. We were the first to this trip after Switzerland opened it's borders. Thanks to Guide Raymond and cab driver Louis who were so kind and supportive throughout the entire trip. They made sure the cab was completely clean and sanitized for our safety. On all the cog wheel trains to and from Jungfraujoch, we were given the front most seats which were reserved specially for us. The weather was so clear and we were lucky to see the beautiful landscapes. The snow at the top was clear and crisp where we had ample time to experience and play in the snow. Worth while time for families. The Ice Palace is another wonder and is a must visit. There is a Bollywood restaurant at the top with a great view. Souvenir and Lindt chocolate shops are also present.
