The views are spectacular! But it is quite a hike to the top! Not for the wary! Once you get to the top you are rewarded with vast views of the area. Little quantity sandwich place and bar at the base. Definitely worth the trip!

We drove all over Sion to find different perspectives to view this site from across the city. It's worth it.

It was beautiful. But it doesn't have anything, just some walls. In the way, it had a little annoying ramp that after walking, my knees become painful. I suggest you if your knees are weak, certainly use knee strap and enjoy hiking.

When parking in the brown signposted car park ensure you park on the lower level as the top level is reserved for residents. Parking is paid for at the meter and in English. The climb to the top was straight forward enough but not accessible...More

From Sion there are several castles to see and view - fairly easy but steep walk up, you will be happy to have made the trip

We timed our visit on a very sunny day and I would seriously recommend going to this attraction either as a family or with a partner. My partner and I had a nice walk up to the castle (bit of a steep walk, not wheel...More
