The mountain train gives you the first amazing views of the surrounding alps, once at the summit various walks take you all around the peak giving an outstanding view point, and when you are ready for coffee the hotel restaurant caters for all your needs!!

I strongly suggest whoever go to wengen to do an excursion at Schynige Platte. The hiking trail offers a breathtaking view and u will be able to see interlaken from there too. The cogwheel train journey from winderwills also offer great view

Visited last week. The train journey offers fantastic views of the surrounding area as you slowly travel to the top. On getting to the end of the line the views are something else. Fresh air, amazing views and a top of the world experience.

Hi, your website (jungfrau dot ch) allows me to purchase a ticket for third week of April, (April19, for example). Is this a mistake? I believe trains are only available in May. Is there any way to visit Schynige Platte in April? Thank you!

Hi, I am visiting next third week of April, and on your website, tickets are available to purchase for these dates. Is this a mistake - are you guys open in April to visit the top of schynige platte? For example, if I'm buying them for 4/19/2017 it allows me to make a purchase.
