The buildings aren't particularly beautiful, but the history is very cool (i.e. the League of Nations building). Also, the view from the back of the buildings is absolutely gorgeous! You can see the lake, city, and mountains!

I visited the street of the UNOG on Saturday morning. I could not go inside. I saw the flags of all nations there and the famous chair opposite to it.

Saw the painted murals to the left and right. Took photos with the wall with the UNOG logo and name. Just great. Took photos of the flags of member nations standing infront of the UNOG building. Then tour the UNOG. Great tour,, informative, more knowledgeable.

If you are visiting Geneva, should see this place. You can take tram number 15 to "nations" from Cornavin Gar which is in the center of the city. Some told you need reservation for the guided tour, may be it would be better but if you have no reservation you can also join the tours. But do not forget your... More

I took the 10.30 tour (1 hour long- bring your passport to enter), it is worth arriving around half an hour early to get through security and purchase your ticket (10 franc for students/12 adults). The tour takes you to some of the key meeting rooms in the UN and gives a good explanation of the main organs/structure of the... More

A visit to the UN European HQ worth the time. Take the tram out to Nations and a short walk to the entrance for visitors. The visit/tour costs 20 euro per person and make sure you have your passport with as you need it for access to the tour.

I went to the United Nation for meeting. It is official place for United Nation, I visit the bookstore on the ground floor, and I bought a souvenir. Also you can buy gifts from there.
