This panorama showing the town of Thun as it was 200 years ago, takes you back in time. Many of the buildings on the painting do still exist. There in good and detailed information available via audiophones (usage included in entryprice). Friendly reception.

Perfect activity for a calm sunday afternoon. You won't spend more than one hour in there but the painting is outstanding and the video they show on the tv inside about how its made is quiet interesting.

Enjoy the whole panorama of Thun city and Swiss alps. The best place to enjoy is from the schloss Thun or by the ship on the lkae of Thun. Good for sightseeing and relaxing day.

do a round trip from Interlaken - Thun - Interlaken. Take a cruise from interlaken get off at Thun move around and either take the cruise back or the train. Both will give you the Panorama view of the lake along with the mountains.

Stunning views!!!Great place for taking photos! We were there on a clear and sunny day, just when the sun changed its colors from yellow to orange, and colored the Alps so beautiful that the photos we took were outstanding!

This panoramic painting depicts life in Thun something like 200 years ago. The artist is Marquard Wocker. It was a good stop after viewing the city from Schloss Thun only an hour earlier.
