Went to this museum on a free Saturday (August 2017 very Saturday is free entry). The building itself is very interesting to look at. Inside are Klee's works from different time periods, so some are more modern than others. It is nice that you can...More

I had hoped to visit with my mother, 84, who walks with a stick. We drove around the surrounding countryside looking for a way in but didn't find any. There's a drive way with a bollard for deliveries, but no option for dropping off anyone....More

The building by Renzo Piano is beautiful, but maybe it's too impressive compared to the usually small sizes of Paul Klee pieces. If you are not an absolute lover of this master maybe it's not a great choice to visit.

Okay, so we went to the Paul Klee Center because it was listed in our guidebooks, we had extra time in Bern, admission was free with our Swiss Pass, and the architecture seems very cool and modern. The building itself it very modern and unique...More

It seems European countries tend to build a museum honoring their own artists, in this case, Paul Klee. The famous architect, the ubiquitous Renzo Piano, built this museum. It is a mere short tram ride to get there from Old Town Bern (#12). There were...More

The architecture of Renzo Piano itsel is worth to see ! This is the place where you will see a huge collection of Paul Klee pictures because he was living in Bern and his family gave a lot of paintings to this city, that is...More

The museum has a great collection of Paul Klee works, and it has children corner where kids can play and create artwork. The building design is unique and I loved the interior as well.

We went there with our company. If you like Paul Klee and his work it is surely a good way to explore his work and life. I would suggest to book a guide too. I was more interested in the architecture of the building ....

The building has fantastic architecture. If you like buildings with interesting architecture, I recommend going. Otherwise, it is probably worth skipping, unless you really like Paul Klee. Not a lot of interesting things on the inside.

Awful museum. They have over 4000 of his paintings and yet the curator will only show 100 or so at a time. What a complete joke. I wonder what Paul Klee would think if he knew a curator was choosing which of his paintings should...More

Go to Zytglogge(2-3 min. from your hotel) where Marktgasse ends and Kramgasse begins. This is the main street in Bern's old town running parallel to the river. Take Bus no 12, the direction is 'Paul Klee Museum', and the... More

Sorry, I don't remember this being an option. However, they do have English audio tours that are available for rental.
