Lovely garden, but the main aim of us stopping there was to get a view of the city of bern. Good lookout point. We also had coffee and hot chocolate at the cafe, which were ok.

I took a walk out of Bern through one of the bridges, the Rose Garden offers a beautiful view of Bern from here, there is also a very good restaurant with cozy setting.

Absolutely beautiful roses and garden. There is a coffee shop here and an Einstein bench. Great views overlooking the city of Bern. Free bathrooms located on the grounds as well.

Even without the roses the place offers a magnificent view over old town Bern. I would say go there :)
