The Bern Central Railroad Station is quite large. The station has a number of shops on the lower floor. The information system is very efficient. The washrooms can be used only against payment.

Trains are great; station is right in city center, with all busses & trams coming through. Everyone is able to travel free with a confirmed reservation; a wonderful plus!

The main station is located in old Town so very good for travellers. The locker facility here is very good, we got large locker for 9 franc and was of great use.
