Of all the places to go in Siena this is one that I would highly recommend. Really good views of the city and not too busy.

The amazing views of Siena are worth the 131-step climb to top! Don't forget to visit the museum as well.

When in the cathedral make sure you include in your ticket the climb to the view. It is a safe climb and we went in April so only had to wait 5 mins. Would love to stay up there longer to soak it all in....More
