Grape Tours’ wine & food tours from Siena feature 4 days of touring 4 different regions: Tuesdays we go to San Gimignano and visit two wonderful family owned wineries. We’ll enjoy a delicious home made lunch after which there’ll be time to walk it all off in the village of San Gimignano. Wednesdays we head to Montepulciano and will start the day with a cheese tasting, a short visit to Montepulciano and then head for two small wineries with lunch and numerous wines for tasting. Thursdays we’ll go to Chianti Classico and start our day in a small organic winery. After this we stop at famous butcher Dario Cecchini for lunch. Another lovely winery visit in the afternoon. Fridays we head towards Montalcino and on the way we’ll sample truffles, then we visit the first winery. After a short visit to Montalcino we’ll visit one more winery for a little tour and more tasting. You can see further details of our tours from Siena on our website by googling Grape Tours Siena Wine Tour.

I did all the four available tours (San gimigano, Montepulciano, Chianti Classico and Montalcino). Each day started with a beautiful travel taking small roads on the countryside, breathtaking views. During the car ride our guides Ilaria, Pierre and Rebecca explained really easy-going and thoroughly about...More

Was nice activity to do and you com in places you would not visit privately. Extra plus is that you cam have a drink and don't need to drive.
