Pleasant shopping environment, clean, well maintained and set out. Service in menswear dept was exceptional when buying a shirt as a present. A good venue for gifts

It ain’t all that. The view doesn’t justify 5€ for a cup of coffee and the service, while not horrible, is a bit snobby.

We did not go to the rooftop cafe which we were told had lovely views especially for sunsets. We went in to shop/escape the heat in the air-conditioning. The store had a decent selection of merchandise. One of our friends bought a lovely Burberry jacket...More

A good place for a break between seeing the sights of Florence, but I wouldn’t rate the terrace cafe. Great views but very slow service and drinks over priced.

Well worth a visit in the late afternoon, to sit and take in the view in the Tuscan sunshine. It gets busy so you may have to wait for a table, and there can be a crowd arrive to take a picture with the Duomo...More

An Italian friend recommended that I go here to find the "Bialetti" moka coffee maker. A simple "Scusi" got the attention of the staff and after a simple explanation of how the coffee maker works, I was at the register to pay. The young lady...More

I find the negative reviews a little strange as we had a pleasant coffee and cake here. The views of the Duomo are lovely and the prices are reasonable. Do not expect anything spectacular as this is really only a coffee shop in a department...More

Looking for king sized sheets in the linen department. Staff was rude, ignored my questions and yelled at me in Italian.

Okay, fun to get up onto a rooftop and not a bad view back to the Duomo, but nothing to write home about. Glad I did it though. If you want a rooftop view of Florence you must find your way up to the Piazzale...More

Duomo
Florentia, as it was called by Latins, is permeated by
an eternal beauty spread in all corners of the city.
The historic center is characterized by the immensity
of the Duomo, able to transport tourists into the
brightest age of Florence: the Renaissance. Who does
not know the Brunelleschi Dome, San Giovanni
Baptistery and the Giotto’s Campanile? Everything is
enclosed here and it would be easy to imagine the city
