Florence Food Studio is a boutique cooking school offering hands on cooking courses for all levels in traditional Tuscan and Italian cooking. Directed by Chef Benedetta Vitali the school also organizes specialized courses focusing on bread, pastry, pizza, vegetarian or other targeted preparations based on request. The Kitchen is located in the heart of the Oltrarno district, just round the corner from Piazza S.Spirito, allowing visitors to have an even mix of learning and sightseeing.

Very glad we took this class. My teenage daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed learning, cooking and eating. We even now make home made pasta home back in Melbourne! The atmosphere was everything you could wish for--the music playing, the gorgeous venue itself, the wonderful kitchen....More

I brought several groups to the Food Studio in May and June for several days of cooking with Giorgio, Maria and Pippo. We had a blast!! We made excellent food, brought home wonderful recipes, and have memories to last a lifetime. Thank you!!
