If you want to explore at bit further out of the city centre (which is recommend), do take this bus. If you don’t, you won’t get up to Fiesole in the Tuscan hills above Florence which is beautiful; you won’t get up to Piazzale di...More

Many parts of central Florence have been pedestrianised and the tour buses can no longer access many of the central areas. Whilst there is a timetable in reality service was very hit and miss. The price at 23 Euros is expensive for an unreliable service,...More

It does not go through the main tourist spots and from the bus you can not see anything interesting and the tickets are quite expensive. The good thing is that it stops at Piazzale Michelangelo from where there is a nice view of the city.

Two bus lines with one taking you out of the city for a broader view of the area. We had a happy conductor on the A line and not so happy on the B line. The buses were on time and clean and the views...More

It's good to take it in order to have a general look of the city. Almost timing acceptable but the negative that the tour map is limited and the 3 lines don't cover to much of the city it can be distributed in better way.

To start with the lad at the station is very arrogant. The bus should be every 15 mins and it took 30 mins to come. My audio was not working (not my earplug). The representative told me to plug it behind me and to as...More
