The Piazza is absolutely beautiful, regardless the weather and the time of the day or year. All the buildings there are having thei own spirit.

So much to see in this piazza--the gorgeous Bapistery, the Cathedral, the Bell Tower, the Museum...plan to spend a few hours soaking in the art and the history. At night the buildings are flooded in spotlights.

Must visit in Florence. Our family of 4 enjoyed this site very much. We went inside the Duomo and it was as beautiful inside as outside

Like so many landmarks in Florence. Simply amazing and overwhelming. I was thankful for visiting in early June before the massive summer crowds would have made it unbearable.

Florentia, as it was called by Latins, is permeated by
an eternal beauty spread in all corners of the city.
The historic center is characterized by the immensity
of the Duomo, able to transport tourists into the
brightest age of Florence: the Renaissance. Who does
not know the Brunelleschi Dome, San Giovanni
Baptistery and the Giotto’s Campanile? Everything is
enclosed here and it would be easy to imagine the city

You can visit it any time of the day. The restaurants in the piazza are open till late and you can always walk down the nearby roads and find lots of stalls for road side shopping.
