Came here with my hubby to see Marina Abramović retrospective. Have seen her exhibit at MoMa in New York, which was done much better. Anyhow, the exhibition was very good but the security approached me twice with a very rude attitude. I have never experienced...More

We were rushed through and weren’t allowed to complete the exhibit. We admittedly entered in the evening but were given no indication that we would not have time to complete it within the time it was left open and even if there had been time,...More

The palace was built in the 16th century for Filippo Strozzi who wanted to emphasize his status as a rival of the Medici family. It was designed by Benedetto da Maiano as a harmonious and symmetrical civil building. It is a stunning stand-alone building, surrounded...More

This is a fascinating old palace nowadays owned by the Florence local authorities. It’s beautiful lines which can be admired in a wooden model dating to 1490 are quite wonderful. You stand in the courtyard and look up to all 4 glorious sides. A must

If your in the area check it out! Venue that hosts contemporary exhibits and a modern lounge on the first floor The bar in the courtyard is pricey, but it's free to sit on the benches and use the free WIFI.

The palace itself is worth to see, as one of the majestic Florence palaces. There are temporary exhibitions, which are very interesting.

We visited the cinquecento exhibition, the main theme are the different approaches to typical biblical scenes. Several renditions of Jesus being taking down from the cross and versions of Maria. The building is magnificent andd has a pleasant courtyard.

Ok there are two choices: the special exhibit on the Italia art movement or take the giant slide skipped the slide. The exhibition of art on the last 50 years in Italy was spectacular and worth a trip

Florentia, as it was called by Latins, is permeated by
an eternal beauty spread in all corners of the city.
The historic center is characterized by the immensity
of the Duomo, able to transport tourists into the
brightest age of Florence: the Renaissance. Who does
not know the Brunelleschi Dome, San Giovanni
Baptistery and the Giotto’s Campanile? Everything is
enclosed here and it would be easy to imagine the city
