Started in the 16th century by Dominican friars, this is more like a museum than a perfume shop since it stocks an awesome range of perfumes, herbal elixirs and soaps based on, of all things, vinegar.

If you're visiting Santa Maria Novella (which you must) only steps away is this delightful and almost ancient vender of perfumes. Bringing home even a small item from here will cement your visit to Florence.

Located in a gorgeous, unassuming building. Went with the intention to just window shop and ended up buying three things! Products are not cheap but are of good value.
