Viewing The World Through Many Lenses

A stunning, and challenging exhibition of work by top notch photographers. The subject matter may be hard for some viewers, but opens up worlds through the lenses of masters.

The photography exhibit was exceptional. There were many different photographers displayed around the town with many different themes, all interesting. We learned a lot and also saw a lot of the beautiful town of Cortona. The exhibit at the Fortessa was a highlight.

We were given complimentary tickets by the concierge at Villa Marsili and we loved it! This isn't something we would normally do on vacation, but it was a great chance to walk through town and see some incredible photos. Highly recommend!

This exhibition of Modern and Contemporary photography is a revelation for any visitor coming to this beautifull little Etruscian town, Cortona! One would never expect such a professional & internationally important exhibition in a town like this; the combination of the different chosen locations for the exhibition - as well the paid ones as the free-entrance onces, was an excellent... For those who wish some small, quite, and romantic place, I recommend you to know about this small place. For 2 days or 3 the sky, the food, the small community, getting lost in the streets in the wall, and when the evening is going down the place change its place. On the way to Rome or Florence it is... This showed some very interesting topics, including the effects of migration on Europe and the desperateness of people in some situations. A very thought provoking and sometimes disturbing view of Europe

Great expo of photographers work. We did the paid sites only and loved the works which were very thought provoking. Needs more public support.

Though only visiting the main showroom this year I visited all exhibits of Cortona on the Move 2013 and thought the various venues were stunningly atmospheric and original, filling all the senses with different aspects of Cortona. The last exhibit was the Fort and WOW!!! There the last evening hour the works were highlighted by a sinking sun over the... More
