Teatro Argento is a traditional Sicilian Puppet Theatre founded in 1893 and still run by the same Family. Its a great little attraction and a worthwhile place to visit .

We were unfortunately unable to attend a performance, but the museum is well worth visiting. The variety of puppets and history of the different cultures was extremely interesting. An amazing number of puppets and all beautifully displayed. Highly recommended.

This small family run Teatro is a must see. Look out for the bill boards at the entrance to the small alley nearly opposite the Cathedral. Perfect pre dinner entertainment and not just for kids.
