A wonderfully exuberant baroque fountain with an explosion of marble figures. A lovely spot in the middle of busy Palermo.

The fountain is called of the 'Vergogna' shame, because of its nude statues which were placed between a church and a nun's cloister monastery!

A very nice fountain that got a bad reputation for the nude statues that surround it. Not sure why since there are a lot of nude statues throughout Italy.
