This was probably once a regal piazza, now it is a family friendly, pedestrian only square. Fantastic buildings, restaurants around, relatively clean.

Very nice and interestimg spot. The cathedral is beautiful. An other attraction is the elephant fountain. The fish and food market is just next it. Worth a visit
Not a lot to explore but some lovely spots to eat, drink and socialise after 8 pm. An empty space throughout the day but gorgeous buildings/architecture to admire.

If you are touring Catania, you will surely come here as it is the center of town and right in front of the impressive Duomo. Beautiful views of Mt. Etna.
