Very nice botanic garden with fantastic cactuses, but not only. It is worth to go there especially when it is hot, as you can find a lot of shadow there. This place is good for visitors in each age, there is no entrance fee.

If you've made it to the Bellini Garden, it would be a shame not to walk up another five minutes to the Botanic Garden. The map on tripadvisor shows the tradesman's entrance - the main entrance is on Via Etnea but as admission is now...More

Maybe the best place in Catania, it is perfect for a quiet relaxing walk in the shade or even sitting down on one of the benches. The succulents are great, we spent an hour admiring all the plants and taking lots of pictures. Barely any...More

A good way to find some peace and quiet in Catania :) A large range of trees and plants are planted and the garden is very quiet, despite being on Via Etnea. You can easily bring a picnic lunch and eat it on a bench...More

Even tough the gardens are not very large, there is a lot to see. We had a very relaxed walk as there are not many visitors and a lot of trees create shadows to cool down in hot weather.

I don't know but I don't see why not. It's only a small place, not a massive botanical garden.
