Nice, little beach. Completely different than Poetto beach. Out of touristic places. Takes a nice walk with scenic views of the local hills to get to the beach, but it is effort worth to take.

Lots of locals here enjoying the sand and warm waters. Easy access, pleasant place to go at the end of the day while the sun still high enough.

Made a reservation on the web, had a confirmation for our reservation. When we came to the restaurant, it was closed. The website, Tripadvisor and the reservationpage all had the restaurant marked for open. Will we try again? Not likely!

I host people from all over the world and when it comes to going to the beach in my town, Cagliari, most of them prefer Cala Mosca because it is protected from our strong Mistral, while when Sirocco blows it doesn't bring as much sea...More

The beach is not all that big, however, there is plenty of room to settle and STILL be able to keep an eye on your stuff whilst in the ocean.

Walked from Poetto to Calamosca Beach in approx. 45 minutes for the sunset. Luckily there were only a few people there. The sunset was simply amazing!

We were here in January, so were not able to make the most of swimming or sunbathing. However, Calamosca is still worth a visit in the cooler months as it is so beautiful! Visiting off- season meant the beach was pretty deserted. Leaving us to...More
