I'd been told that Torre dell'Elefante afforded the best views of Cagliari, and I was not disappointed. Really spectacular 360-degree views of the city!

If you are afraid of heights, this climb is pretty challenging for you! The stairs are pretty narrow and very steep but once you're up there the views of Cagliari are really worth it! It costs EUR 3.00 per adult.

This remarkable well preserved tower from 1307 is quite a climb. The stairs are quite steep and with narrow steps, so you should be aware of some 'excitement'. An interesting structure, and when you arrive on the top deck you have great views, including that of the other tower: Tower of San Pancrazio, which is a bit higher still!

This tower is by a gate and one of the pretty bastions that overlook the city. Getting UP to the old town area is a bit of a climb.

Four flights of wooden stairs take you to the top of the tower. There is a platform at each level. As you go up the views from each level get better and better. Well worth the effort. If there is a cruise ship in, watch out for groups on guided tours.

You walk up several flights of stairs and are rewarded with a nice view of the city. You can see the harbor and the top of the cathedral. Also in the distance you can see the airport and see the airplanes landing. It cost $3 to climb to the top. It's nice. if you are in the area you should... More

Was amazed to find out that this is the original building. Looks amazing fir its age, taking into consideration maintenance. Worth the price of the ticket. A good walk up to the top but well rewarded.

The tower offers excellent views around the city with a very steep climb up the open sided building all for €3 an adult. There is a minimum age limit of 7 for children, I'm guessing this is for safety reasons and even though my youngest is a couple of months short of 7 and small for her age we were... More
