Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This theatre is close to the promenade and fishing harbour of Bari. It is a beautiful building with a lovely pink facade and ornate white sculpture work. It really is something special, it was used as a cinema until 1979 but is now a museum.

Built in 1912 a few steps from the sea and the old port this beatiful palace stands with its two beatiful towers and its immense arched window.

The city of Bari is the Puglia Capital. Likeable people, excellent food and a lot of attractions, I like so much the Teatro Margherita.

A beautiful theater in s picturesque setting is closed. Sitting on the waters edge it was used as a theater and cinema until 1979. Now it is a museum.

We were lucky that this fabulous exhibition was in Teatro Margherita during our recent stay in Bari. A fantastic collection of the best press photos from the best photographers, each one telling a powerful story.

Please visit this if you have any interest at all in stunning photography. The top 3 places for photo awards in a number of categories are in show here until 23 June. Our luck to stumble in in a rainstorm! The images are amazing, varied, moving; some with ‘stories’ and from across the world. Such skill. Make time to watch the complete reel of films too. Guardian film on a brave female politician standing up to Bolsonaro, the disaster of S.Korean boat sinking with schoolchildren, abuse in USA of border refugees as well as others. A great audio commentary in some images. Not expensive for the depth and range. We were there for 3 Hours! Urge you to go!

Came across this theatre on a coastline walk and was delighted to see that it had a multi screen Vincent Van Gogh experience where you can almost immerse yourself in his paintings and learn about his life. Fascinating and a must for lovers of his art.

I visit this building for a Van Gogh exhibition which was very well curated. Very good attention to details with nice and polite staff.

This theatre is beautiful on the outside, but the inside has been neglected (and is not accessible). Interesting story why it was built on poles in the water though (because an earlier theatre had stipulated it should remain the only one "on Bari soil").

The terrace around the outside, in the old port, is lovely though.

Theatro Margherita on Piazza Quattro Novembre, is an nice ancient construction, special architecture, very nice style with two the same towers,; we saw it only outside and had not time to visit this great Teatro of Bari. They want to make a renovation on it.
