We loved this church and visited twice. The architecture soared and the frescoes were stunning. If you only want to visit one church in Verona make it this one.

This is a stunning building. I am not religious but I enjoyed looking at this and discovering the history . A wonderful light and airy space to cool down on a hot day

For this church it is worthwhile having guide or at least a good book. There is a lot to see. The church is very old and steeped inhibitory. If your time is limited, make sure you see the wonderful bronze doors.

A truly spectacular basilica. By the time we visited this basilica, I thought I had had my fill of Italian churches and was reluctant to pay the entrance fee. I was persuaded to pay and go inside and what a surprise! The frescos were sensational,...More

There is a lot to this church. Lovely cloisters, knave and crypt and the brass doors at the entrance are quite unique. The audio tour is good and included in the entry price. Wide range of frescos from the 14th and 15th century. Impressive church...More

This church is well worth a visit with some great murals and frescos and a well written guide in English. It's only 2.50 euros and you can easily spend a couple of hours in there. Some parts of the Basilica date back to the tenth...More

This multi-layered church is the best that Verona has to offer. The Romanesque church is attached to a monastery. Don't miss it.

A short bus ride or a 15-20 minute walk away from the centre of Verona lies the Basilica of San Zeno, known to Shakespeare lovers as the place where Romeo and Juliet were married. The current church dates from around 1400 and is a beautiful...More

Hi, you can find the ticket at the entrance and this include other churches too. The audio is inside the church, but you will find someone there very helpful. The tour is less than 1 hour but it worth. Enjoy it :)

At the entrance of the 4 historical churches of Verona there is a basket where you will find some kimono that you can put over naked shoulders or wear if you are dressed with pants or skirt too short. This is a free service.
