As a lot of different beautiful places and sightseeing, the town hall is as well very old. The condition of the building is awsome

Worth a stroll around a lovely Roman town
Feb 2020 • Couples
So much to see so start with a stroll through the pedestrianised streets and enjoy fabulous shops, then see the Augustan arch, the Praetorian arch and the amphitheatre. It's lovely to see a Roman town still bustling with life as people live alongside such a piece of history. Well worth a visit.

Terrible visit
Sep 2019 • Family
I would advise everyone to avoid Aosta at all costs. We got lost in their very confusing system and as a result got fined despite displaying clearly a disabled blue badge. No consideration at all. They do not deserve visitors.

They have the best Hot Chocolate. You would eat it, not drink it. Lucy's I Think... Not far from Hotel De Ville.

Historic Roman town
Jun 2019
Aosta offer some impressive Roman remains, as the theatre, the impressive entrance gate and Augustus arch. A nice town to have a walk, do some shopping, enjoy some ice cream or a have a break for a drink or nice local food

Beautiful ruins to see
Jul 2019 • Family
In Aosta it is easy to come by ancient ruins. As you walk about the old town there are various walls, towers, gates and the Roman theatre.

Worth a walk round the old town
May 2019 • Business
This is a wonderful Roman town, with a monumental arch, walls, an amphitheatre and ruins. It's worth the walk through the old town to see as much as possible. A traditional Christmas market is held in the winter, with local producers of food, wines, grappa, arts and crafts. Make sure you set aside some time to give the old town a visit, it's really well worth it.

Great town with narrow cobbled street's plenty of shopping, restaurants, bars etc We travelled to higher mountain villages using the cheap local buses. The scenery all around is stupendous.
