Small museum and baptistry
Apr 2019 • Family
This site has an archaeological museum on the first floor. You have to get the tickets from Palazzo Mazetti. It was a little confusing when we arrived but there was a door was you had to go through to find the attendant who then unlocked the museum. The museum was archaeological museum with an Egyptian mummy and some interesting Roman artefacts. There was also an interesting baptistry which you could go into. The museum was a little old fashioned I'd would have benefited from some English language translations.

Romanesque monument
Feb 2018 • Friends
The church complex built in the 12th century consists of a small church, a 13th century cloister and a beautiful heptagonal Baptistery. The Baptistery also called Rotunda had some beautiful Romanesque columns and a really nice baptismal font at its center. The whole complex was really nice, though we didn't manage to get to see the archaeological museum on the second floor since it was closed that day.

Nice building
Oct 2018 • Family
It is located 10 minutes walking from the central Piazza Alfieri, but it is worth a visit. The main room dedicated to baptism is a nice example of romanic architecture. The museum is also interesting but is could be organized in a more modern way or freshened up.

A long walk through boring suburbs
Mar 2017
This is an interesting building, and like all interesting buildings in Asti, you get little information. If you like romanesque, it is interesting, but not really sure it was worth the trudge.

Fantastic church - museum not open :-(
Aug 2014 • Family
The church and cloisters here are worth visiting - so simple and show the way the church was in its early form. When we went the museum - archeological was closed - we were informed by the very kind carabinieri on guard that it was closed because they could not get insurance. Not sure what that meant but it was a great shame it was not open.
