Former public baths and spas
Feb 2020
This beatiful canopy in liberty style is what remain for the entrance of the former public baths and spas, under the pavement of this square beside the Porta Venezia, use to be this the public services .
It is still all there but it is closed since 1990.

CLOSED FOR AN UNDETERMINED PERIOD
Oct 2017 • Friends
We called the number and they told us the place is closed for an undetermined period (I couldn't understand the reason because she said it in Italian). So sad!

A piece of our recent history
Mar 2017 • Solo
When you enter Albergo Diurno, you immediately feel like entering a parallel world, full of recent memories. Every piece of furniture, every brick, every decoration tell a story: the story of booming Milan in the early 20's, when travelers and residents were in need of a place to bath, have hair dresses, clothes cleaned, book a trip. A luxury place, actually, being Portaluppi -a master of art deco - the interior designer. Some people regret that the location is not perfectly restored, but I think that this is the reason why it is so charming. You really feel being part of it
