Excellent and well spoken guide. The Last Supper is amazing. Very informative. Easy walk, great history. We actually had a private tour.

Ok, we did this a couple of years ago but this review wasnt published for some reason.🤷🏻‍♀️ We hadn't booked in advance for tickets and online it was fully booked. I tried a few different companies to get tickets though with no luck. We decided to go early the next morning to the ticket office to see if they had any for that day. Upon arrival (about 8.15) there were signs all over the doors and inside saying 'sold out for the next 2 weeks'. Decided to try anyway and managed to get two tickets with a guided tour for 3.30 that day! Fantastic experience. The tour I felt was lacking, and you only get 15 minutes in the room, but because they keep the numbers low there were only about 20 of us in the room which helped enjoy the experience more.

Dear Morgan, thank you for your review. As you stated this happened a few years ago. Now the situation is really very different. Beacuse of Covid-19 restrictions, tickets are no longer on sale at the Last Supper ticket office. It is always necessary to reserve ticket in advance. Number of tickets on sale are reduced and opening hours of the Last Supper Museum as well. Looking forward the situation will be better..... Best regards.

We brought tickets a couple of weeks in advance in the United States and received them from the company. When we got to Milan they said they are canceling due to lack of space. We really wanted this so we paid extra ahead of time and didn’t get what was paid for. We didn’t come all this way just to be told sorry. Our experience so far shows that the company is not dependable for getting tickets.

First, this has nothing to do with the beauty of the fresco or the brilliance of Leonardo da Vinci! This review is about the ridiculous method of selling tickets. The website says you can easily book online or via email. I did email after failing to work out the online ticket purchase. I received a polite confirmation of the reservation email and It included a link to the ticket service. So, tried that again. It seemed to have worked after I found the tiniest of payment buttons (on my mobile). I set aside 3 spots for 5:15 and it seemed to go through using my credit card. On the day of my reservation I tried pulling up a confirmation voucher and there was nothing! No charge to my card or anything. Decided to go to the box office and try to buy in person. Without boring you with more details I will say that the ticket counter lady was a huge witch. She acted totally bothered by my story and could care less that I had no confirmation. She was so incredibly rude that it turned me and my daughters off to the whole experience. Why do people who despise service take jobs like these? No thanks. I will have to see it another time or online. Sad that they can’t find nicer folks to service such a national treasure. This was at 4:45 pm on Thursday Oct 22 and the woman was sitting in the left ticket booth as one faces in.

I did not really have any huge expectations of this painting to be honest, I am glad to have seen it and can appreciate what a signficant piece of art it is. Bigger than I had expected to be honest and I particularly like the story of how it was preserved during the war - worth visiting for sure.
