The pulsating core of Milan is in Centro. Duomo Square is enclosed by the gothic cathedral, the historic icon of Milan. However, shopping is what draws most crowds to this area. The classy and versatile Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II with luxury boutiques and high quality restaurants will turn any shopping or lunch expedition into a royal experience. Head to the rooftop of the flagship La Rinascente to enjoy the view of the animated square with a panorama of the Duomo. The Corso Vittorio Emanuele II is the street for high-end shopping. Brands of all kinds and street artists attract the attention of all visitors; while at Via Santa Radegonda 16, Luini Panzerotti is a much appreciated street food shop providing unimaginable culinary experiences. If shopping takes its toll on you, consider visiting Castello Sforzesco, a 15th century castle housing several museums. Those looking to relax can go to Parco Sempione, where nature provides respite from the energy of this dynamic and international city.

Give a different try in day and in night
Feb 2020
This is a must-to-visit location and it is lovely to hang out there both in the day and at night as they are different. It is a central location for tourism and shopping. At night, it has a different delightful sense. Take care of the homeless and beggars.

Shopping street
Oct 2019
Corso Vittorio Emanuele II is a well known shopping street close to the Duomo di Milano. It’s a good place for shopping, but I didn’t think it was exceptional. Mostly it’s the slightly more upmarket range of standard high street stores.

Enjoying this central part of the city, it is so marvelous to see the best, new fashion shops in this amazing city. We were welcomed into all shops even though we were perusing the items. It was lovely to visit on a hot August afternoon.

An excellent shopping street with good deals and pretty good for families with kids
Aug 2019 • Family
My family and I spent about 3 hours there, it included a nice lunch in wagamama and a few shops. As a teenager, I would say that this is a perfect street as it has some trendy and good shops, such as Urban Outfitters or Bershka. However the only problem was that there are a lot of people on that street and having a very active sibling, who always runs around, it was very tiring to look after, so she wouldn’t get lost. But 5/5! Totally a must-go-to if you are into shopping!

SHOPPING AREA
Mar 2019 • Couples
Rather a short street but one of the most vibrant shopping areas in Milan. This pedestrian only thoroughfare is located between Piazza del Duomo and Piazza San Babila.

Corso Vitorio Emanuelle II is close famous tourist atraction: to the Duomo square, the monumental cathedral, the square of La Scala, the opera La Scala. Corso itself is beautiful architecturally and you will find there characteristic details for the periods of Art Nouveau and Baroque. There you will find a lot of high-end fashion stores.

Located by the Duomo, this rather wide street is nice for shopping, being packed with shops and housing city's largest shopping mall.

Near the Duomo is this shopping area. Perfect for a shopping spree because there is a variety of high end and high street shops. I especially like the diversity.

Great shopping area
Jul 2018 • Family
My wife, two children and I went shopping on Corso Vittorio Emanuele II in July 2018. It is near the Duomo and Galleria. It is full of nice shops with more reasonable prices than the Galleria which is very upscale. If you are visiting the Duomo, Galleria, La Scala then I would definitely walk around Corso Vittorio Emanuele II.
