The Villa built alongside the lake with lakeside garden. Most of the events, fashion shows, and exhibitions are organized here. The lakeside gardens are freely accessible during the daytime. Check out the light & show event in the evening.

The villa is quite a long walk from the centre of Como town, so bear that in mind before heading over there. The villa is free to enter and look around, but the rooms are bare and the explanations are not very detailed. Some rooms...More

This villa is located immediately across the street from the Hilton. It's worth a quick tour if you have time. The municipality owns/operates it, so the tours are free.

Beautiful villa on bank of Lake Como. Large green gardens with huge trees for shade when its too hot. Really impressed that access to the grounds and toilets are free. Good base with walk way and path beside the lake. Lovely.

Whilst I don't know what the Villa would be like inside, the gardens do not seem very special. They certainly don't compare to Villas Melzi, Monastero, Serbelloni, Cypresi, Balbianello etc. Maybe if you are at a loose end in Como. Its on a very busy...More

It's said Napolean stayed here. Certainly looks the part--wonderful old villa right on Lake Como. Beautiful grounds you can self-tour. But the building is being renovated and was closed.

No, i giardini resteranno aperti esattamente come nell’ultimo anno, quindi con il solo camminamento a ridosso del lago. Per poterli visitare appieno devi attendere l'estate.

Esprit for the delay. I believe the grounds are open all year round. After reading other reviews it would seem the villa is in need of refurbishment but the grounds are beautiful
