We took the train from Nice to Menton Garavan and walked to the garden (about 45 minutes along the coast). Well maintained, and most plants are labelled with good information. There's also an audio guide available. We had a light lunch at the little café...More

You will not be disappointed when visiting the gardens. The views from the top are great. You can adjust your route in the park depending on how much time you have.

Impressive and huge botanical garden that stretches across an entire hillside down to the sea. We visited on a very hot day and unfortunately there was only one place to buy drinks (and very basic food). Few opportunities to park your car outside.

We visited here several years ago and found it a delightful location to enjoy the superb Mediterranean gardens, even a roman road. Lots of walking.
