I was here 40 years ago and it felt like I never left. Beautiful marker on the coast. It was a pity that we couldn’t get in because of the fact there was an exposition (only 9 – 11 PM).

This Castle is too cool. In the heart of Rapallo. There's a plaque nearby that explains it's history since it's construction in the mid 1500's. Upon our visit we had the good fortune to find that the castle was showcasing an art exhibit of famed...More

Even if you can't go in the castle of Rapallo it's the little simbol that represent the see walk!! If you have the chance to go at the begin of July you will see it "burning" under fireworks!! It's a must to see!

It gives a great touch to the fantastic view at Rapallo's waterfront. The small old stone castle is built on the water (just off shore) making it a unique view with the colorful houses and the see of beautiful Rapallo. You wont miss it,

Walking along the seafront of Rapallo you happen upon the unusual site of a small castle set in the shallow waters, connected to the shore by a walkaway. The picturesque architecture was built in the sixteenth century, after Turkish pirate-admiral Dragut pillaged the town in...More

You can't miss it, its right on the marina . Nice photo opportunity, especially at night. There was a photo/painting exhibition going on when I visited. Free entry. Enjoy.
