Everything you’ve read or seen is true. This is an incredibly picturesque little cove. We spent about 4 hours here, which was plenty. The castle is worth going to for the views alone. Though not for those too out of shape as we saw some...More

Amazing natural sights, just a short boat ride from Santa Margarita. Quite an expensive place to shop and eat but I mean everything there is top quality so definitely try it. I would most definitely recommend a short visit here if you're thinking about it....More

Amazing little town set in the walls. Each house painted a pastel colour. The small beach is a wonderful treat and the town is behind the buildings set into the walls. A narrow walk way where you can purchase and sample the best olive oil...More

One of the most wonderful sights in Italy, with its scenic bay and beautiful design of the houses along the sea. A place that nobody can forget if you like Italian bella vita.

I have seen a lot of photos of Portofino but until you see it in person you have no idea how really beautiful it is. Worth a lot of "stroll" time.

Picture perfect, in fact lovelier than pictures show. A perfect place to relax for a couple days and roam. The view from the ferry is worth the ride, the view from the hilltop, worth the climb. Not as expensive to me as everyone says but...More

Arriving by yacht as we did makes it all the difference. The Portofino area is a must see when in Italy. Be sure and have dinner dockside at Chuflay Restaurant.

We arrived here by tender from our cruise ship. The place was filled with tourists. We quickly wandered out of the immediate harbor and headed upwards. We saw a red carpet on the sidewalk and started following it. Turns out that it is an 8...More
