I visit a lot og churches, and the italian ones are surprisingly plain. Not a lot of things inside. This one was also straight, but have a lot of tradition inside, and are lovely white inside.

Aquileia with its Cathedral is a fantastic place to visit. Lots to visit with its 1000 years and more of story. One of the most fantastic history of Italy.

Building most impressive and in wonderful state of repair. Mosaic most impressive and not only because of it's size. Definitely worth a visit if in the area.
