History, beautiful views. Just walk and explore. You can't get lost. Stop for a coffee, browse in the shops, visit the museums and take in the surroundings.

Really enjoyed visiting Centro Storico Di San Marino on our recent visit to the area. Cracking views across the city, reasonable pricing and a lot of information on the local history.

We recently read that San Marino is the least touristed of all European countries, and we don't understand why. There is a cheap, easy direct bus from Rimini to San Marino. San Marino is a beautiful places offering views, history, photo ops, and great food.

Considering it’s sorrounded by Italy, it provides a much nicer looks than most Italian centro storico. A lot of souvenir shops and bizarrely many places where you can supplement your supply of guns and bows but also nice caffees and restaurants.

The historic centre of San Marino is the ideal place for walking with your partner, family, friends or alone. It's like a visit to the ancient times, with some modern details that make a perfect combination.

A visit to San Marino can be a nice little trip if you're in Rimini or elsewhere nearby. There are many old buildings, the walls and the towers, quite nice to see, but for the rest it is more like a kind of 'shopping-center' for...More

Since this place is not Italy and not even part of the EU, it truly is a shopping paradise, being all tax free! Small but crammed with branded perfumes, glasses, weapons, shoes, bags, leather clothing and accessories, handmade jewelry, etc. Also very nice medieval town,...More
