Best Christmas & New Year’s Eve celebration - safe and beautiful. There were some renovations to the bell tower so didn’t get to go up there - I’ll bet the view is worth a million dollars - I will be back

A fantastic Romanesque cathedral...which is under heavy renovation and therefore cannot be seen fully (the Ghirlandina tower is completely inaccessible). Wait for the project to finish.

We think about 11€ each. Purchase at the front ticket office in front of the Duomo - but walk around to the rear entrances.
